Build it or buy some land or commence construction of facility that will house Gen4. IMHO to many changes in direction and many missed timelines have had a negative effect regards to mgt credibility.  If you believe it will happen as I do within the next few years than accumulating at this price makes sense and again IMHO is a gift. I think Bernard he is working hard on the gov't funding ,,,at the very least get them to pony up 2/3 of it.  As he mentioned...a major taking a slice to fund or JV etc etc...  Just really exciting times.  Long and strong HPQ!!!!!!!!!!

Missed deadlines always happen for R and D. They already derisk most of the work. What is the change of their success. It is now 99.999 percent. Once the tests are completed God willing the money will flow from the govt to build commercial qrr4. Fumed silica is already success at lab scale and soon will be commercialize. I own a few hundred thousand shares of HPQ. When I think about my investment I think about risk versus reward. I could lose all my money or I could make 20 times on my money over the next 3 years. One thing we can say about Bernard is he sometimes runs a little late on his lines but he's always come through with what he says. Always. I think he feels good about that and I do too. Koooo
