Why ride the cart when you can ride the horse ? Pyrogenesis reported a $3.2 million working capital deficit.  Its 20 million shares of HPQ are the only thing going for it right now.

Pyrogenesis is in dire need of cash. Their last 2 financings were the opposite of oversubscribed.  They barely raised the minimums, at $5 million and $3 million respectively, which includes major participation by the CEO. They're going to have trouble finding an underwriter.  Research Capital did the last 2, and their clients are already underwater.  They aren't likely
