An individual director selling shares, is of much greater note than a govt selling shares (unless it was moving out of their share entirely). If things are expected to go up in the short term...why sell? I agree, everyone has personal business to take care of...but it absolutely does send a negative message.

If you make stock investment decisions on someone selling 20k shares out of a 185 million share float, you are destined for doom. Maybe he had to go to the dentist, fix his car, fix his house.  All irrelevant, your looking for crumbs with the bakery right in front of you,

Go look at Shopify sedi.  November 22 the ceo sold $4 million dollars worth.  That doesn't signal doom and gloom.  You guys are fishing over a guy selling $5k worth.  Really, you look silly.  I'm not trying to be rude either.

the Shopify can sell his shares as shareholders got RICH. unlike us. It's not 5k worth look at the amount he has sold over the year. They are trying to raise funds and he selling lowering the price. Developbc would at least requote all the pumping headlines and throw insane analysis around....some work was put into their pumping. all this Holdrr retread can do is throw insults. Poor mans pumper, I guess the manipulators are short on money right now too.

180 million shares out and this guys concern is 20k.  Some people need to stick to mutual funds and blue chips, I swear to god
