these long pond negotiations don't happen overnight and quite frankly don't be surprised when we find out they have been under construction for months before we get the big picture !

This is quite possible that the ND is a European outfit. Please note that Electricity is going up 8to 9% in July 2024. But who cares. If Europe wants to repatriate its technoloy jobs they will live with costs and France is nuclear power electricity that qualifies as green.  There are quite a few drums rystng away in the neighbourhood.
