QRR

So is the QRR dead in the water or is it just on the back burner for now

I think all those folks calling posters asking reasonable questions or pointing out facts as "bashers" should be able to answer that question for you before you start associating QRR with "dead in the water". Let me help them start, and then they can clarify it for the rest.  There is PUREVAP NSiR for production of nanno-silicon and PUREVAP QRR for the transformation of ...more

From Bernard... "For HPQ the QRR will play an important part of our battery strategy at one point in time.  The key issue for us now is to focus on understanding how to upgrade the value of our Si to battery grade SiOX, which is the material that battery manufacturers are looking for.  Presently to reach that goal, we do not need Si from our QRR, and that is what we doing."  ...more

That's the most economical and time sensitive course of ...more

Why does it matter when BT did not make it sound like it is a challenge to get for what they need? Otherwise, you can Google to see which countries and companies are producers but if you want the exact HPQ supplier, flip an email to HPQ and see if they will answer you.
