Competitors?

I keep hearing there are competitors from the fudsters. Has anyone come across any lol? I sure haven't seen any.
I'm hoping that the fudsters can post some.

Just to clarify the competitors need to be GREEN competitors/suppliers. When and if they do post some it will be interesting to see the cost model comparison.

Yeah, every large car manufacturer both in-house and external partners.  Toyota breaking away from the pack and focusing more on hydrogen fuel cells, but they are not alone there either...just biggest household name. Anything moving away from fossil fuels is considered GREEN. Not FUD, reality. As for comparative details, etc, you must be kidding.  Not everyone working in this space ...more

They don't make the Silcon metal....they use it. The Battery Makers and Auto makers are customers..not suppliers. You can't be serious.....seriously? You're suggesting they're vertically integrated?
Comment by Mostlyserious on Feb 28, 2024 1:02pm
Are you suggesting that the largest auto manufacturers have no vertical integration whatsoever?  Toyota just puts cars together?  Has no ownership in any of the suppliers, has no subsidiaries, just the outfit that puts things together and then sells them? OK.....got it. But let's play along, are you suggesting that HPQ is currently the only potential supplier of SiOx?  If so ...more

Sigh. I'm stating that they're not producing SiOx in their owned factories. Yes that means they're not vertically integrated in the supply of SiOx. They will purchase it. PROVE ME WRONG. Are these companies vertically integrated in other aspects of their business...OF COURSE!!!   Is HPQ the only supplier...OF COURSE NOT!!!  Are they the only GREEN suppler....well my ...more

Define GREEN supplier.
Comment by Mostlyserious on Feb 28, 2024 1:57pm
And once you provide that definition, since you claim HPQ is the ONLY GREEN supplier, you prove that by listing all the SiOx producers around the world and describe their methods of production so that you can prove your claim. I am not an expert in this field or any other field to know what everyone around the world is working on.  As a matter of fact I cannot imagine any one person in the ...more

I'm not here to educate you on what is Green. If you don't know that definition well that speaks volumes considering a key aspect of HPQ is being Green. Hint: How about as required by the US Inflation Reduction Act. I'm not here to defend your position..you find the other Green producers . You're the one who says they're out there...you imply that the announcement is no ...more

We will get nowhere with this. We will agree to disagree.  I think claiming to be the only one in the world in doing something is an exceptional claim that is not easy for anyone to make.  Call it a factless bash if you will, the stock has done nothing on any of these great sounding news releases. I am not surprised, you should be if you think you are right. On with more of the same ...more

Glad didn't buy this in my TFSA.... Or I would be down like 70% plus... 0.85 cents for me to breakeven haha...... I lost hope on this ....

Castortroy, you haven;t lost anything if you haven't sold. My b/e number is slightly lower than yours but it doesn't concern me since this will yield larger returns later this year when somebody ponies up $$$$ to take control of fumed sillica opportunity. So it depends on what your time horizon is....

LOL. Grasping at straws to discredit by all means. Stairway2negativity your agenda is soooooo obvious.
Comment by Breizh01 on Feb 28, 2024 1:46pm
No competitoes. Even HPQ is not a competing green supplier. It does not produce anything. It only promises that it can. Show me the stuff and quantities produced and sold. Thank you.
