And everyone is waiting for some results or events before buying the stock.  A lot of good things can happen to every listed company.  It doesn't mean they are a buy today. BT made a strong sales pitch for the stock.  We haven't really seen anyone buying it to a significant degree.  The poor director has to keep selling his remaining holdings. While waiting for
