Is this really ground breaking? I compare this to increasing the warmth of a pair of woolen socks by about 14%. Not ground breaking and not going to move the needle. Even after 100 cycles through the washing machine! LOL

i think they are calling it "disruptive" and are (FOMO) fearing about investors and everyone else on missing out. Right now, with the current testing and material blend, they are #6 among the available batteries they compared themselves to in terms of energy density.

If this new battery blend takes off not sure if HPQ can produce enough silicon from the pilot plnt to supply enough volume to start taking in revenue. If they use silicon outsourced from nother producer there goes the big advantage of being the cleanest producer of slicon powder.

A much less talked about mineral called Tellurium is being used in conjunction with a high heat torch by PyroDelta Energy to generate electricity. Not sure where this is going. https://youtu.be/0kDt-1LsY5I FTEL is the symbol if anyone wants more info.
