Confirmed that PYR has no more HPQ shares to dump.
Comment by dalesio_98 on Apr 12, 2024 2:11pm
TBA, within PYR Q1 financials.
Comment by Mostlyserious on Apr 12, 2024 3:14pm
PYR Q1 financials, should show a balance remaining that in combination with the 3P purchase in April (in Q2) will suggest that no more shares are remaining.  I think Q2 should show that zero balance remaining.  I enjoyed the show, even though the script has become pretty predictable and is really geared toward retailers that have not invested in too many R&D companies in the past ...more

Wow, that is seriously fudstering on your part, the CEO of PYR says that he purchased the balance, you are saying that is not true...

What are you going on about? Read the content again. Mostlyserious comments are accurate. Cheers

That is a serious misrepresentation of what I said.  PYR Q1 statements will show some investment in HPQ.  3P bought HPQ shares, subject to regulatory approval, in April.  That is a slightly different way of saying what I said.  Do you still have a problem with this?

Yes captain obvious

Oh the reading comprehension on this and/or other boards.
Comment by Mxz123 on Apr 12, 2024 9:50pm
And why are you the "Reading Rainbow" curator?
Comment by Mxz123 on Apr 12, 2024 9:46pm
Why would Q1 have April purchases...?
Comment by Mostlyserious on Apr 12, 2024 11:07pm
First, let's assume you are meaning PYR "sales" of HPQ shares.  If this is an incorrect assumption then I don't know what you are referring to as purchases. At the end of Q4, PYR held 11.4 million shares, as per Note 10 in its financials.  Someone can correct me if I am wrong. Pascali purchased 3.7 million in April - Q2. Bernard said he is relieved the PYR's ...more

Q1 will likely show the april sale in the subsequent  section of the report.
Comment by KrapShoet on Apr 15, 2024 12:22pm
Hey have you bought any shares yet of either company? I did a count and in one week you posted 135 times between the two boards and that was a light week for you.  Congratulations you're the top poster on an Investment board for which you may own no shares. Somethings motivating you to be here.......

If you are referring to me, I am a shareholder.

You bash your own investments? LOL

Some great comments from @Vestor111 (ceo) on the recent Agoracom interview on HPQ Silicon (HPQ Silica Polvere Inc.) on Fumed Silica: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WPJ8gW9ISFE @Vestor111 @MattyH If more than five samples are sent out, things could get interesting. This technology is far too disruptive to ignore. And too disruptive not to try and capture for competitive advantage. This path ...more

I think the NDA with the industrial group (vs the NDAs signed with 3 industry players) is most interesting. It is the one who is suggesting HPQ focus on 1000 TPY instead of 250 TPY. It probably is a customer of industry players and wants to produce the FS itself to cut out markups.
