xxx1999 These are insignificant sells by unpaid directors. They are entitled to take some money off the table. If you see Bernard selling a lot of shares then I would become a little concerned. If you are that nervous of a shareholder? maybe you should sell and move on...

The man sold 25,000 shares....2% of his holdings. Just for context he's left with over 1,058,000 shares lol. So let's be serious and state that he'll do ok on any sp appreciation and is committed to the company.

from the 2023 annual fin report ,they say that the salaries are in arrears to the tune of a million dollars, with an agreement of no collection of the arrears untill jan 1 2025, with a interest of 3.1 %,With that bit of info I would say that the directors are not receiving a pay cheque,or at best they are receiving a deferred salary.

My info comes from the last available management information circular. This was for 2022. Next one will show for 2023. If we want to nuance what "unpaid" means, but I think without that precision "unpaid directors" gives a wrong connotation. They were paid for some time fort sure.

I will agree that they are entitle to a salary ,just they are not collecting it at this time, and they are making a little interest on the unpaid amount, which IMO shows they have confidence it the company.

In general, when it is a paid gig, I don't often see directors leaving on their own. $ and confidence are decoupled, unless they sink a decent amount into the stock, and not just through usually cheap options.

I prefer to see insides buy thru options and exercising of warrants, because it put cash into the company coffers,as opposed to buying on the market, where the cash goes to the market and don't do anything for the company ,other then maybe boost the SP for a day or so.

the last PP in nov was for 2.2 million shares, company insiders bought a little over 10% of the offering.more proof of support.
