New interview - Beyond the AGM

Comment by Koooo on Jun 27, 2024 10:04pm
That was quite an interview. If you can't read between the lines well then your brain dead. That's too bad but anyhow not much longer. Koooo

Yes, quite an interview KOOOO. But George is again spoiling the interview by interrupting Bernard all the time (around 30m and after); quite annoying. He also says «how did the presentation at the AGM?»,  When in fact the interview was done in the morning.... beforee the AGM. Misleading George.  He has my vote .. never believe him again. n answer to the question, Bernard ...more

Here's the updated HPQ Silicon Corporate Presentation (this was the deck that was presented by Bernard at yesterday's AGM): https://hpqsilicon.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/HPQ_DECK_JUNE_27_2024_V5.pdf

Great post from @pennytodollar: @pennytodollar I definitely recommend people read the document highlighting the benefits of FSR. Unlike torches or powder which are in the process of validation by end users - the fsr process has been validated with produced material in house. Yes there is one more step of making sure it works to a similar degree of efficiency in a 1000tpy unit - but if it ...more

@BCONTVentures Labscale to pilot plant is very difficult. If pilot plant is successful (which they are very confident) commercial plant (scale) is using same template with exact engineering specs, etc. (much easier to do). Basically pilot scale success means the template is done. And from this success full confidence decision to move forward. They are not going to green light and spend $25 ...more

1,000 tpy commercial plant production is not expected to take place before late 2026. 50 tpy pilot plant is being put together as we speak and is expected to be completed over the next couple of months. Scaling up does not occur as fast or as easy as some make it sound here. Part of it includes the requirement to get the money to do it hence the importance of the type of interested parties that ...more

Seriously, "put together as we speak " ??? As of June 5 the reactor was in a pre commissioning stage. Pre-Commissioning of Fumed Silica Reactor Pilot Plant Underway As for the capex of 1000 TPY reactor, 25 millions is chump change. Also the time line is a conservative one. A buy out is much more probable, sooner. It's all good TOCKY8008

What is the question about my statement?  You find it unfair to describe it as being "put together as we speak"?  You cited the June 5 pre-commissioning NR.  What does pre-commissioning mean to you?  How would you describe where it is today?  Not sure why you are challenging a conservative description that has no negative bias. $25 million chump change?   ...more

Well to me, your post has a negative bias. Per April 11 NR : "For the remainder of Q2- 2024, the project will focus on finalizing the assembly of the FSR pilot plant and completing its commissioning. Beginning Q3 2024, the pilot plant will start operations." Given the expertise and experience of PYR with the QRR. And their parts inventory I would not be surprise to see ...more

I would say you have a negative bias to me because I don't pump and tell great stories like they do.  I am fine with that. My comment is not inconsistent with the June 5th NR, more recent update than April you are referencing.  FSR is on track to start operations in Q3.  You peg it mid-July, I didn't peg it to any more specific timeframe.  If I go to my recollection ...more

Mostlyserious, I have no negative bias toward you. Timeline to start of reactor operation, you have a conservative view, ok. I agree with you that Billions of $$$ buy out is Unicorn and rainbows. But a buy out will happen within a year. IMO TOCKY8008

Some great posts from ceo: @SomaTrin also regardless, pilot plant being operational, potential buyouts/offtake agreements soon, monetization starting, and this is only one of the pedestals.. the others starting next year.. the climb will commence shortly and what a beauty it will be! @Topseeker @SomaTrin .... Agreed. The climb will be incredible in the next 12-18 months. Certainly the ...more

And a great comment by @cargo: @cargo Finally had a chance to watch the AGM on Agoracom. Interesting tidbit @27:44 Bernard talks more about the pre-offtake agreement, which sounds like it will be signed shortly. Bernard mentioned that the pre-offtake agreement could be 100% of the fumed silica produced by the 50TPY FSR. That IMO is a very bold move by one of the NDA's which will ...more
