How Does HPQ give PYR 50% Ownership
How might the HPQ give PYR 50% of the company. How would that deal be structured without devaluing all current shares by 50%?

Ok, so that's what we are talking about. PYR held the hammer on that deal. PYR also sold a Purevap NSIR to HPQ for something like $3.5 million if I recall correctly and then gave it back to PYR for free. Seems like they have the upper hand when doing something together.

Mostlyserious, Pyrogenesis is, as you know, the expert technology provider and partner. So, having an upper hand is kind of expected in such instances. I don't think you remembered correctly. TOCKY8008

Of course they have the upper hand their the ones building the tech, testing the tech, and they are the only ones making any money.
