How Does HPQ give PYR 50% Ownership

How might the HPQ give PYR 50% of the company. How would that deal be structured without devaluing all current shares by 50%?

Ok, so that's what we are talking about.  PYR held the hammer on that deal.  PYR also sold a Purevap NSIR to HPQ for something like $3.5 million if I recall correctly and then gave it back to PYR for free.  Seems like they have the upper hand when doing something together.

Mostlyserious, Pyrogenesis is, as you know, the expert technology provider and partner. So, having an upper hand is kind of expected in such instances.   I don't think you remembered correctly. TOCKY8008

The agreement included the same things as the FSR - 10% royalty to PYR or conversion of that royalty stream into 50% equity stake of the HPQ subsiduary that acquired the technology.  HPQ decided not to pursue it and wrote off the inet book value of the ...more

Purevap QRR is on the backburner because they are prioritizing use of their limited resources primarily towards FSR and SiOx battery material.    In contrast, Purevap NSIR thrown out of the kitchen for a number of reasons.. Intellectual property transferred to PYR so you may hear about it there if something happens, unless HPQ acquires it again. Not a loss if there was no prospective ...more
