Just so my root question is very clear here

1. Why use half cell batteries in testing at all and not go directly to full cell for testing if that is the end product?

2. What exactly are they comparing between the two?

3. Is there electrical data that must be confirmed first with a half cell battery before proceeding to full cell testing?

i do not know the answer to this because i am not in a lab with Novacium engineers asking them direct questions on what the process is.   So if someone states we are ahead of the game because of this i would expect it to be properly explained.  All i did was ask a question if you dont like the question too bad cause this is shreholder money we are talking about here and i for one like to understand what im invested in.   Do i believe HPQ has a future? Sure do otherwise i wouldnt still be here.  So give your head a shake and realize not all questions with a (fudster tone) isnt a fudster question it just may be a question thats a little harder to answer for you.

Have you read my post? "My view on this is that  Car manufacturers have been dealing for years now with scientists/inventors/ startup Cies in relation with anode/cathode promising new materials.Their labs (Car manufacturers) is set up to test such material by the gram using their own other half cell. Novacium is making  the Full cell, commercial grade 18650 industrial batteries ...more

As I stated before, half cell are used at lab scale to test general reactions of the material.  Why are they used because they are cheaper and faster to make thereby allowing the creation of many alterations of the same general product, But they have a limitation as it regards the reproduction at larger scale of the results mostly because half cell testing is done with an unlimited ...more

Why not ask your questions from the start instead of wasting people time.

what a joke patience is , he admitted he is doing R&D on batteries.... He should have done this before  investing or talking.... I read this stuff years ago !.. We all know what dendrite degration is... That's a reason to develop batteries with Si metal for instance... get the lithium out ... Lithium mining and processing is one of the dirtiest planet destroying processes, period !... ...more
