I'm  predicting Evonik & HPQ  are in negotiations for a JV  for fumed silica  & most likely also for Si metals.... Why not ?....Evonik is a  major manufacturer of

What evonik is doing is there trying to tie down  HPQ with a JV  providing HPQ can meet their demands. Just listen to Bernard's words more than once he clearly states there will be a JV. So it's just a matter of a few more weeks or months.koooo
