50 Cycle you can run ev for one year 100 cycle for two years 250 cycle for 5 years If hardly any degradation why continue testing further. The trend will continue even higher cycle. Now question is how quickly you can charge. The battery capacity already exceeding 4000mAh. That is very important for the battery. These are very lucrative for battery manufacturer specially graphite battery

Leave it to the experts and the industry to determine the number of cycles.  I am no expert but beside some reading, having used some rechargeable batteries, I am going to go out on a limb and say that a battery doesn't discharge at a steady rate under all conditions to make such simplistic linear statements as you do.
