Hoping everyone has noticed that the news release about the successful commissioning of the  FSR has been signed / confirmed by both Bernard Tourillon and Peter Pascali.
One more loop in the chain.

I had no doubt that this milestone was going to be reached.  Whether it was last week, today, or two weeks from now, who cares in the grand scheme of things.
