1 year anniversary
today marks the 1 year anniversary of the QRR first pour of liquid silicon metal.
Has Bernard hinted at how much material the QRR pilot has produced. can't remember how much material the QRR pilot plant was designed to make. anybody know. thanks

From my understanding the QRR pilot plant has not been operating. The powders they have been using for their latest battery recipes have been souced from somewhere else.

My comment was answering a poster's question about the QRR and how much it has been producing as the QRR has not been operating. The pilot plant has proven the technology works. The silicon powder being used for testing their recipies for batteries is sourced from somewhere else.

Well according to the CEO of Progressive Planet, they are waiting for more samples of PozPyro but the QRR has been busy with other projects.

The QRR is not in operation because they can source silicon powder at a cheap price for testing. With the price of silicon powder not worth running the pilot plant
