I guess the needs just leaped from <5 MW plasma torch systems to 20 MW plasma torch systems.  That's why we don't see those previously advertised contracts.  3 years from now, when this 20 MW plasma torch system is developed, commercial sales efforts will start for those systems...to clients A, B and C.  Hang in there pyromaniacs, if all goes well, half a decade from now.
