As per the NR:  "Implementing the enhancement at this stage is essential for a smooth transition to commercial production later on,....” You can call it whatever you want, but it sounds from all the different quotes and descriptions that this was not done as a bonus but rather as something that is required.  "Essential" may give that away. You should be happy that there are critics posting on HPQ-PYR. I mean who could you blame for the poor SP performance if there were only yea-sayers? These CEO's belong to the same school of business and neither cares for their shareholders.
