This is the beginning of a massive contract between HPQ & Evonik for not just fumed silica production, but for Si metal production... Evonik only signed the LOI for fumed silica as a smoke screen to cover their real interest which is for  one of their biggest markets and that is the Si metal market...which just happens to be 20+ times bigger than the fumed silica market.... Does anyone ...more

Not sure if what you are saying uncleron will come true, but I believe enough in the technology to put in another order at this level to add to my position to sit back and hold.

Share trading. HPQ will trade TWO shares of HPQ for 1 share of Evonik (evk:de). This is a huge dilution for Evonik but the future value is exponential, with HPQ technology. EVK trades @ Euro 17E today Outstanding 470mm shares Mkt cap E 8B. HPQ mkt cap 94MM C$ HPQ trades @ C$ 0.26 today Shares outstanding troday: 362 million. Other alternative is for Evonik is to buy out the Polvere division only ...more
