I guess an investor did not see anything in the latest news release that instilled confidence that the company would be able to increase value here. We have seen this movie before when HPY announced a drill campaign pending financing but that never materialized. Of course there was no letting shareholders know that they were not going to be able to follow through with their plans.

If the company were to be able to finance this latest plan to drill their Fox Tungsten deposit, it will be interesting to see the terms of the financing. They will have to raise a considerable amount of cash and with their track record, I'm not sure they will be able to do it without killing the stock price even more....Just my opinion.
