When is the news due. This process is tiresome. 9 years this ordeal has gone on for.

why does it take a court nearly a year to make a decision.

If you go look at RML.  There was a small spike the day before the award on Oct 10th.  Insiders  I believe you will see the same.  Look for price action spike on a random day and I bet the announcement follows soon after.   Looks like we spiked in 2014 to the .20 cent level.   Could take a few days but once the penny day traders get involved who knows how high it

This should see much better price action than RML because RML was dealing with a country that is flipped upside down and plunged into chaos. We have a much better chance of actually getting the reward money here in my opinion only.

RML had over 500m shares, Dealing with Vanezualla where no chances of getting Awarded money, over 100M in debt.  I bought in at 0.20 cents after annoucement and was lucky to get out at 0.37 cents on spike. HRE can go even heigher: 20M in debt, 183M shares, Lithium tech, Joint venture. Award can be announced before end of june month or July 1st on Canada Day.

I seen that debt on our balance sheet to whom do we owe it? Lawyers I presume?

someone correct me if i'm wrong but I believe most of that debt is owed to caliunis capital the first funder on a non recourse basis

It would have to be something like that. We certainly couldn’t make interest  payments on something like that. They must get paid out in the event of an award?

yes believe boris said at the AGM that Calinius payments would be factor of the arward cost x3 or 4 so $7.5 Million USD x3 or 4. But seriously like WTF you guys should already know all this if you've done resreach on Stan's in the last few months. The AGM was in january 2019 and a few posters from here actually went there and posted on here. I did not attend.  Honestly it amazes me

RML had a settlement agreement upon the announcement with initial payment of “100 million”.  Do you really think Stans will have a settlement?  I agree the float is much smaller but everyone needs to tap the brakes and be realistic.

I think the optimisism with HRE comes from the fact that the May 29 2019 press release says 'AWARD' not decision and there are other factors  1) the republic went to the english court in 2017 IIRC to have  judgement by the Tribunal in favor of Stan's set aside, which as far as I know, in Legalese that means it nullifies any judgement. THE ENGLISH COURT REJECTED THE REPUBLIC&

Don’t disagree with any of that.  I agree they will win.  Ive yet to read anything legit on how they will collect.  Another process that could take years.  The Republic isn’t just going to stroke a check.  So the belief they will win all this money then parlay it into  a mining agreement seems like a stretch.  Not trying to burst any bubbles.  I own a ton

Yes but the flip side to all this is there has been a tonne of time and money poured into this case if there wasn’t an avenue to collect the reward than none of this would have went on for all this time. Just because we don’t understand it don’t mean it won’t happen. Like I said the risk reward situation is great here!

I agree I think they get er done and we all get paid risk reward here is skewed heavily to the upside in my own opinion.
