Yeah 15 days, I'm hoping for tomorrow or Monday. Actually this is not a bad wait for 3 years for my return on investment in TFSA. Way better than mutual funds and gics imho. glta ...

Good for you for putting your shares in a TFSA. Given the price targets doesn't make sense to have to pay taxes on the capital gains. All my HRE shares are in TFSA and RDSP.

quite alot of luck, anyway first was mood media, now hre... next will be zena in 1 to 2 years... did alot of research on CRA and tax on TFSA

 then you might know more than me allegdly the CRA can ONLY tax a TFSA if the investor had an advantage in the TFSA and the CRA is only allowed to tax 100% of the advantage ei. moving private equity shares into a TFSA then waiting for company to go public.  Stan's is a public company eligible to be put into a TFSA. I don't believe holding HRE shares in a TFSA constiutes an

pt is quite high let's hope it is over 10 cents and 15 to 17 cents on positive news , anything else is gravy (expensive ones) lol

I think the press release said they would notify the parties 7 days before.  That doesn’t mean the information is public until Stans announces it correct?

The press release said 1 week, didn't clarify  IIRC if thats 1 calender week or business day week, I guess if it was 7 business days that would be better because the latest the 1 week period would have to be announced is july 22 or 23. I'm sticking to my speculation that there will be insane panic buying if we are not halted for 1 week notice.

I think we will see a volume spike the day before when news leaks to insider friends.  That will be the tell.

Case status has been Pending for a while now. I think the PT on Walletinvestor is pretty reasonable since optumism, irrationality of investors, fear of missing out and panic buying can push a stock way higher than its fundamentals. That will most likely happen with HRE if the PCA says we won and we get the confirmed terms of the lithium deal a few days after the PCA announcement. The Yahoo Finance
