If the decision is not announced today I think we can at least expect a press release stating the PCA will announce decision on X date in August. Is it normal for these kind of things to be announced throughout the day or right when the market opens?

It's a different situation but I bought into Apivio in 2017. They announced a buyout a while later but they announced it right as the market was opening. so idk.

Expects.....what a fuzzy word. "The Tribunal expects to be in a position to issue the award no later than in the course of July 2019. The Parties will be informed one week in advance of the issuance of the award".

I think the important words are "no later" and "in the course of July 2019" If "no later" was not in there then it's reasonable to assume the decision may not be announced in July but "no later" means one would assume that the decision must be released in July.

"expects to be in a position to issue the award" IMO this doesn't mean they will, or have to. They "expect" to be in a "position to". I think we need to be a bit more patient. Its like a frigg'n highschool reunion around here... hrehre

Coyote - "Expects.. what a fuzzy word." Agreed, there is a degree of uncertainty around the PCA process which progresses at the PCA’s rate. Announcement could be today, tomorrow next week, month etc. IMO best to sit back and wait. Agree. Look at NDM. It went up 64% yeasterday just before market close. News came just after market close. Same thing can happen here. News most probably after market close anyday.

The last Stans halts I could find were on a Tuesday 4/29/2015 and a Thursday 8/25/2016. The halts began at noon and 2:30pm respectively. Each lasted one day. Interesting but it doesn't create much of a pattern. Try to be calm and patient. Now... back to my ulcer medication. lol GLTA
