I checked sedar, ceo.ca, sedi insider filings and a google search of news on Stan's Energy and there is literally nothing, no news at all. Since there's nothing that woulds easily explain the selling and it looks like the Canadian, American and European shares are all down at least 17% maybe the selling is the investors that bought in may, june, july in antcipiation of the decision and now

Looks like we are getting much closer to the halt. Hopefully this week. Management need to wake up and put some updates. Now we are in August and no news.

It's looking more and more like mangement is waiting to be informed that a decision has been made/what the decision is. 4Putt stated in his post on July 18th that the sttock would be halted once the company is informed about the decision(usually companys ask IIROC to halt based on a pending news relase) and since it's August 7th and we've heard nothing seems like we just have to wait

I emailed Boris, said he should have an update from the courts "soon"  whatever the heck that means

Since all we can do is basically speculate I looked up the definition of "soon" and it is defined as in a short time, in the near future or quickly so I guess that means 1-3 days tops?

I'm trying to figure out the reason for the 20+% drop on all exchanges we are listed and I noticed on ceo.ca that the short interest has increased by 1,940 as of today. That could explain it maybe? But that's only a 5.705% increase.

Back to back days of decent volume.   Im going to guess there is something back from the PCA and there are things going on behind the scenes.  I think tomorrow or Friday we get a release

Why would you think the sp declining is a sign of a halt getting closer?  I have been at this stock for years, back with the BK excitement and usually the sp will increase with the speculation of a halt.  Maybe I am wrong but I would like to hear from the company with cold hard fact not speculation.  I've heard enough spec on this stock to last a lifetime!  I still thing we
