You are probably just frusterated with the delay, I am too, I think we all are but I think Stan's has high chance of winning the case A) There's a video of YT of Robert Mckay saying Stan's has evidence that a Chinese Government backed Chinese REE company bribed and/or tried to bribe republic officals to revoke our licence. Then it was. This is HUGE for us. B) In 2017 the republic put ...more

Good ... perfectly line up all the points.. Share price from last 3 months is telling that Positive Award is coming for HRE. Management has clear their debt fee into shares, announce PP and options to get maximum shares before Award comes to HRE. All we can do is little more wait.
Comment by TrickyGame on Aug 08, 2019 1:08pm
Yeah the waiting sucks though. Director's and management have amassed millions of commons, warrants and options they would not have done so if they didn't think Stan's was going higher. There was a researcher who studied director's/management's behavior with company stock and he found that when Directors/management buy commons/warrants and grant themselves options it is 100 ...more

Hello TickyGame, I attended the AGM held January 22 2019 and  I fully concur with all your stated reasons , why Stans Energy has a high  chance of winning. Also Insider buying- 2018 indicates Insiders likewise think Stans has a high chance of winning.  I think it is reasuring for us shareholders to note Insiders own around 6.3% , which is a good Indication Insiders interests ...more

I don't know if this was posted here but it's basically the OSC granting Stan's an exemption from reporting the details of the terms for the second funder which explains why they have not diclosed the terms of the second legal funder because they can't https://www.osc.gov.on.ca/en/SecuritiesLaw_ord_20190501_216_stans-energy-corp.htm

Good post. As this is a 'decision' I wonder who had initiated a legal challenge to the funders' agreement confidentiality clause? This would I assume have been initiated by a party interested in finding out exactly how much had been funded and what had been offered to entice the funders. While this would have been interesting information to Stans 'observers', it would have been ...more

I don't think anyone initiated a legal challenge it's just Stan's technically had to report the terms because they are a publicly traded company. All they did was ask the OSC for an exemption on the reporting requirements based on reasons

I have no idea, but I wonder if the court can add the cost for Stans litigation to be added to the award.. so the govnt has to pay for the lawyers.. could be a massive swing
Comment by 123buyholdhope on Aug 10, 2019 9:30am
From what  I have read I think the parties are responsible for their own legal fees. However, the court can decide how to apportion the court’s own fees between the parties, often in relation to the outcome of the case, but not always; e.g., TMI won a small (about 7% of claim) PCA judgement (were awarded sunken costs + %) against Bolivia, yet had the majority of court fees awarded ...more

It appears Russia will have a say in this that could be positive for us but with this country being so poor,a settlement for the asking price is not likely. As of August 9th the past president is still at large, never was interragated and has local backing keeping him from arrest.  A ruling in our favour is a sell at this time,China and Russia are close and with this country on China's ...more

Bobo I agree this is a sell the news event.   There is such a mass of shareholders inching to sell the upside could be limited.
Comment by TrickyGame on Aug 11, 2019 5:28pm
I think what will happen is when the decision comes out and if it is favorable/extremely favorable to Stan's we will be halted then after the  halt the share price will skyrocket upward then go back down slowly. It happened with RML.v before the news they were trading at $0.09 CAD on october 5, 2018 then the news came out and by october 15,2018 they had hit $0.35 with a relatively slow ...more
