The halt started an hour ago and no news is that normal? I thought the normal course of action was company requests halt pending news then news is release then halt stays active for a few hours to give time for news to penitrate the market then halt is lifted?

last halt was Jan 25th 2017 at 1:27pm and resumed following day at 11 am with News, so anything can happen hopefully it is not 7 days ... lol  soooo nervous,  glta...

From the May 29 Corporate update: We received a letter from the Permanent Court of Arbitration to inform the Parties that: "The Tribunal expects to be in a position to issue the award no later than in the course of July 2019. The American shares, HREEF, have been suspensed looks like they didn't even open today as opposed to HRE being open for 20 minutes before the halt. I'm assuming the HREEF is suspended because of the pending news release.  Thoughts?

Wow this could maybe explain the price spike from Friday out of the blue.  I always think someone knows and tells.  Good luck guys I need the win here

I did wonder about that spike on Friday.  I see this sort of thing with other stocks as well.  Oh well, the little guy is always the last to know.

I think the early action on Friday was Boris.500K at .11cents. I could be wrong. But it is strange that we didnt plunge with transaction that large at market. Good sign.

Doubt the court would issue a one week notice then delay.. they also said they 'expect' to be in a position for July. This is it, the moment we've been waiting for

From my research The tribunal makes the decision on the Arbitration. They write it down in the 2 official languages (English and French) Then its translated to Russian and Kyrgyz (I assume). Then the report is given to the President of the PCA for approval. If everything is good the PCA will reconvene in the Hague to deliver the award into public record. That is what the 7 day notice is for. I

Do you mean that the decision will be available on this website:  https://pca-cpa.org/en/cases/126/ at the same time that the parties find out?   4Putt,  I do hope the light at the end of the tunnel isn't a train heading towards us.   LOL!
