It is my understaning that notice of  arbitration  rulings are sent a week in advance so the company would have known last Tuesday that the arbitration court would disclose its ruling to the parties involved today. I believe the company issued a press release with this information or it was stated at the AGM. I saw it somewhere. Insider sells 500000 shares during that time?

Boris sold 500K shares but who the hell is buying those shares all the way up to 0.11 cents ? Doesn't make any sense to me. This is like a cross trade. We will find out once the halt is released.
