w e might be able to have a court in Ontario seize the republic's non diplomatic assets in Canada if they have any since Canadian Courts ruled a few years ago that they would enforce UN tribunal judgements and we won the case.

the link is a different situation but kinda the same as the Court ordered the seizure of assets to satisfy a judgement.

May be wrong, but wasn’t this approach tried before in the courts? Think it was turned down because it could not be shown that Kyrgyz held the majority share of assets of the company in question and, therefore, expropriation of such assets was deemed unduly harmful to all that particualr company’s shareholders. However, my other questions would be do we know if Kyrgyz have informed the Stans

We tried seizing the republics stake in centerra gold. I'm talking about getting a court order to sieze any non diplomatic assests that the republic has in Canada e.g. property, bank accounts, investments etc
