Nice find. The article states Polymetal believe Russia could diversify REE supply chain away from China. They are looking for REE project and technically we still own  Kutisay Mining LLC and Kashka REE Plant Ltd according to  the MD&A Nov 27/2019  which are registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.  Hypothetically they could buy us out for $20 Million ...more

I would be very surprised if this meant anything more than Polymetal was looking within Russia (i.e., outside China) for a possible REE target. Remember, as the article indicates they already have Tomtor on the books, Suggests they may make a decision on going with Tomtor by mid 2020, so why look farther afield when they may already have more than they can handle?
