He said there was no update yet as they are continuing negotiations with auditors.

My guess is that Stans is having major and immediate financial problems now manifest in terms of paying for the required audit. Unlike management, auditors won’t work for ‘shares’ or future monetary promises and I would think loans to Stans are long gone. However, if, in fact, Stans can meet the bill then they may also be trying to put together a case to convinced the auditors that the company is ...more

There's been a few companies that have announced their intention to file for bankruptcy then seen thier shares skyrocket. Hertz been the most notible. They were at $0.40 then they announced bankruptcy then thier shares flew up to $6.50+ then went down to $2.52. Anyway, we may not have to declare bankruptcy if the second funder is still funding us and there's no reason why they would not ...more

If we are going to speculate one thing I have been thinking about is what if the negotiations with the auditors are over whether we actual owe any debt to the funders?. the new agreeement says we assign all rights of the award and interests to the funders and if collected they will pay us a one time payment of $500,000 USD.
