Financials needed to be submitted by 10/31. Having secured a new auditor I assume STANS met that deadline. I am unfamiliar with the TXS review process but I believe a resumption of trading within 14 days is not an unreasonable expectation.

Appreciate the DD Tricky. Nothing material to report in the way of partnerships at this moment... but they're working on several options moving forward. The processing facility itself is a significant partnership asset. Time will tell.

Stan's just filed the Q3 statements on Sedar today. Meaning we are fully up to date on all filings currently. Before the CTO can bew revoked the TSXV has to do a listing review which should be fine

Hey Tricky. I'd be interested in your views as to why we should get a bump in stock price. We still have 1.6M in debt and absolutely nothing going forward....no serious project, no sources of income, basically nothing. The only thing we have going for us is a great management team ! ( lol )

Personally I think we should see a bump in the share price because we have an eps of $0.075 and a TTM earnings per share of $0.13 with the Q2 filings. And we actually do have a serious project. If you look through the press releases we have a 50/50 joint venture with ARMZ to restart a lithium project in Russia. It's on hold right now.

I could be wrong but since the intial negoiations with ARMZ the JV is 50/50. ONce and if whatever roadblocks are removed and the JV is finalized and Stans would be allowed to do it couldn't we sell 5-25% of our stake in the JV to raise cash? Companies do that all the time
