Hopefully that is the case

Financials needed to be submitted by 10/31. Having secured a new auditor I assume STANS met that deadline. I am unfamiliar with the TXS review process but I believe a resumption of trading within 14 days is not an unreasonable expectation.

The Q2 filings are out as of today. It looks like the Q3 filings will be out by Friday going off of 3 days between the Q1/Q2. Then we will be all caught up on our regulatory filings so we should have no problem getting reinstated. On the topic of the Q2 filings it looks amazing if I am reading it right. It seems we no longer owe the $15.276 million loan. We recieved $15.276 million in 'other ...more

Appreciate the DD Tricky. Nothing material to report in the way of partnerships at this moment... but they're working on several options moving forward. The processing facility itself is a significant partnership asset. Time will tell.

Does anyone know if reporting rules change when a company is halted? Under normal circumstances quarterly filing have to be filed within 45 days of Q1/Q2/Q3. Going by that the Q3 filings should have been filed on Monday, which was yesterday. And does anyone have any idea when we will be reinstated? We filed everything we needed to remove the halt on November 2. Obviously there's a review ...more

Stan's just filed the Q3 statements on Sedar today. Meaning we are fully up to date on all filings currently. Before the CTO can bew revoked the TSXV has to do a listing review which should be fine

Hey Tricky. I'd be interested in your views as to why we should get a bump in stock price. We still have 1.6M in debt and absolutely nothing going forward....no serious project, no sources of income, basically nothing. The only thing we have going for us is a great management team ! ( lol )
Comment by TrickyGame on Nov 18, 2020 4:01pm
Personally I think we should see a bump in the share price because we have an eps of $0.075 and a TTM earnings per share of $0.13 with the Q2 filings. And we actually do have a serious project. If you look through the press releases we have a 50/50 joint venture with ARMZ to restart a lithium project in Russia. It's on hold right now.

This is the last update I could find (not the financials) specifically on Stans project situation. The lithium issue is on hold due to internal ARMZ issues of which Stans has no idea about. Nor is there any clarity as to where Stans is with their ‘...preliminary assessment of the economic efficiency of the (gold) project’. I am not sure what Stans would buy such a Russian gold project with even if ...more

Yes exactly ! I have had an exchange with Boris a while back about the lithium project and he told me that they have not been given any news from ARMZ and that he could not tell me where stan stood regarding that project. He wasn't upbeat at all about it and I understood that it was going nowhere. As for the gold project, I have tried contacting them in the past couple weeks to no avail. I ...more

I could be wrong but since the intial negoiations with ARMZ the JV is 50/50. ONce and if whatever roadblocks are removed and the JV is finalized and Stans would be allowed to do it couldn't we sell 5-25% of our stake in the JV to raise cash? Companies do that all the time
Comment by jonathanRdeC on Dec 11, 2020 8:36am
The joint venture was not final and binding as there was still work to be done to determine the size of the ressources and the viability of the project. You have to forget about the ARMZ project. It's dead. Do you think that stan will go to court in russia to claim the site ? They haven't heard in months and months from ARMZ so this is over.  It's sad but stan is officialy dead ...more

I don't even think they have a website anymore.....imagine that

Not a cheerleader... and not a fatalist. I've respected many of your opinions in the past Jonathan... but dont you think you might be a bit presumptuous to declare STANS is "officially dead money?" Boris still responds to messages. They still own the plant. They are now current with filings. They continue to pursue projects and joint ventures. They own the rights to valuable ...more

Hello Nolan, You are right in saying that it is my opinion. I really have no knowledge other than what i perceive so it is to be taken with a grain of salt. But recently the company website was shut down and boris as not answered the last emails I sent even those that date more than a couple of weeks.  The last I heard was about the fact that they had no clue what was going on with ARMZ as ...more
