Stans Energy

Few Quetions in mind:

Why this company kept on Halt after the sell out upon last court dicission.?is it because the company have financial difficalties or there is no one exist to look after this company.
I feel there was some kind of homework  not done by the company which been neglected or delayed and there is no one to follow up.
Whoever from the management who stayed with stans is responsible for this delay and with the ongoing halt on Canadian market not otherwise.

what is that about to be 50-50 with Rosatom....for what?

It is frusterating that the company not saying anything and kept the shareholders in Dark.

Instead of resolving in within a month, he chose not to send the accounts till the ...more

Thanks TtickyGame for your response I meant there is no Deal with Rosatom till now , the best think for Stans now is to make a deal or been bought by a company which have the ability to reinvest in Stans as a new project and back to Kyrgyzstan with new Name and New spirit if that applicable or possible since they have an asset of knowledge now about how to survive in such country, It just ...more

I agree the best thing for the company is a buyout. I haven't been able to find accurate information on whether a company can be bought out while halted but I believe if we do get bought out the price may be above 5 cents CAD because all the warrants and options from the PPs have been priced at 5/6 cents CAD. It's interesting to note at the AGM in January 2019 one of the directors brought ...more
