I emailed Boris on Friday asking if there's any updates to the CTO revocation status and if any business updates are coming since someone here emailed him 3 weeks ago and he said they have an update they want to put out. He says they cant issue any  business developments until CTO is revoked which makes sense.

Here is his response to my email:

Dear Trickygame,

 

We are getting there with OSC team - looks like the last issues should be cleared tomorrow on our end, and, given formal character of the whole process, I hope by the end of the week we shall be done and back to trading.

 

We can't issue any updates until CTO is revoked - it is the law!

He's been saying that ever week since dec. don't get your hopes up. His dismay for the entire process is worrying. He was the man that delayed the filings and now has the nerve to pass the buck on. I am waiting for Boris to come clean. The OSC do reply if you email them.  There is an investigator on this case which I will not name.
