If you do not know, that is a calamity, and if you know, the calamity is greater

He keeps blaming the OSC when it's his fault. He chose to file the accounts six months late and not abide the rules. Watch another month go by us wait another month with the same excuses. I keep poining this out. If you are a publically trading company, where is a website for investor information. It's the basics. I am sure they are asking that themselves.

The main thing is they are down to a couple which means 2-3 and they are working on them

They do have a press release they want to put out but can't due to not trading so that should come out a few days after the company starts trading again

You have to question how management got into this position In the first place where the OSC had 20plus issues with the way they were running their business.

It may not be 21 issues per say, some of those could be the OSC having Stan's put processes in place to not get a CTO again

That's my point. They are not running the company like a public company hence the CTO. Nothing to do with COVID. It's mismanagement.
