You can't buy with a TFSA or other registered account but if you must buy a lottery ticket and can't wait, you can probably get shares on the OTC HREEF for .015 to .02 American.
That is all you are doing though is buying a lottery ticket, IMO. The chances of this every doing anything again are slim to none IMO.
