Stan's Energy is now done with all issues raised by the OSC!

I emailed Boris asking if he could provide another update on the revocation status. I also asked if it  was true if Stan's is being looked at by a group. thats just a rumor. He got back to me today. There is just small formalities left like lines of text on the PR and the revocation order. Here is his email.

We (that will I) aiming at the end of this week to get it all done, but there are couple small issues like proper text of the PR (can't just PR the fact of revocation), proper text of the Revocation Order and couple other small formalities which are not in my hands as every little thing has to be approved by OSC Team - their are not too slow but not fast as to my liking. Good news - we are done with all issues they raised, and I can assure you that I have not have such bureaucracy to deal with since I left USSR in 1982. 

 

As for somebody online - let him stay were he is, no Stans exec. spreads any rumours, and what is the meaning of the "group"?

I bet Boris says it will be at the end of next week now.        I've seen at the end of the week statement with no response enough for me .

The company has filed the annual financial statements so they are caught up with all required filings and since they are done with all the issues the OSC raised there's no valid reason for the OSC to keep the company halted. So the company should be unhalted soon. Boris said it's in the OSc hands right now.

I guess one of these years they have to let it start trading, what a long halt????

It could be something as simple as she was offered a better deal to go to a different company as a CFO. I don't think it anything to worry about.

I mean .... really. a cfo resigning with all their stock. it's either fired out of the OSC dealings , bankrupt, or something else.  How can a public company trade without a CFO. Another job for Boris now.  stans is left with about 4 people working for them now. I find it odd they can do a press release about this but nothing else.

Maybe she wanted to keep her stock. The OSC allows Canadians to trade thier shares on the US market through a carve out provision even with the halt. Like I said in my pervious post she could have gotten a better offer to CFO at another company. And to your point about finding it odd they can PR this and nothing else, according to Boris they can't PR anything about business dealings could
