For those interested it seems Kyrgz is still very anti mining trying to take Centerra for more than the company is worth. I would not worry about Stans’ funders getting anywhere near the award in any future negotiated settlement. This means no 1/2 mill to Stans. Nor will Kyrgz being seeing any of the Centerra claim for years; 10 million $ will see years of court battles; ask the Stans holders here.

The funders applied to force the republic to pay in a US court back in December. If successful they are probably have the republiics non diplomatic assests in the US seized

TG, I can't think of one, but can you cite an example where a private company or arbitration financier went to either a US or a CAD court and got a favorable plaintiff rullng; in particular, against a sovereign country for their faliue to pay an arbitration award? Further, that such a court ruling had stated specfically a particular national asset that was to be seized? If my memory serves me
