Oh boy, more Kyrgyz arbitration and this is a big one if it gets to court. Don't think that the Stans funders will be seeing much green anytime soon. They could be looking at another 3 to ?? years of now Centerra arbitration. This would preclude Kyrgyz from bothering to 'negotiate' with the funders.
In fact, why would we think that Kyrgyz is going to pay anything to anyone? Investment sentiment would turn against Kyrgyz? That horse is long out of the barn. Remember, the arbitration court can't force any award and even other national courts have been loath to enforce arbitration awards, or even their own awards (e.g. the UK with Stans costs award).
Can anyone point to specific assets in the US that a US court might even contemplate offering to Stans funders? In fact, why would they (are the funders even US domiciled companies? I don't know, but Stans is CAD).
Guess we are looking for that reverse merger occurring?
