I emailed Boris again asking for another update. It seems Stans is still waiting on the OSC to finish the last issue but there's more clarity about the last issue. The last issue involves the litigation funding agreemeents. The company was exempted from publishing the terms of the agreements two years ago by the OSC's own order but now as of April 30th 2021 the OSC is saying otherwise. His response proves that the OSC is treating this process like a joke since it's almost been a month weith no response from the OSC

We are waiting for them to address last issue regarding Agreements with litigation funders - we were exempted by OSC Order from publishing these, and in April they insisted on the opposite. OSC has been sitting on this since April 30th when we sent them their own Order of April 2019. Somebody should write them to remind that they are not doing their job by dragging this process for over 6 month - trading is companies life line which they cut-off over a year ago.

Someone emailed Boris about the reclassifaction of the financial statements that happened yesterday and Boris said it's part of the OSC review process but he also said the OSC may have a solution to the last issue regarding the litigation funding agreements and they indicated that last week. Stan's might be trading soon hopefully

TG, what do you think will happen to the sp if Stans start trading in exactly the same situation as they were upon entering the halt re., project news? I think investors have to hope that any emergence out of the halt is accompanied by actionable news e.g., a new direction for the company (gold, real estate, etc with potentially some new management). Otherwise, the Stans shareholder position is

I don't think they will be trading in the exact same situation as before because Boris said they have news they want to put out but can't because of the halt. That could be a number of things, what if they recieved the international intellilectual property rights for the technology they applied for in 2016? what if the deal with Rosatom is finalized? Or what if the news is something bigger
