FYI - Maybe Stans is also hoping for such a reverse merger with someone that has both a real asset and a need to access the market quickly?

This would actually represent more important news for Stans. The OSC issue will come and go and remember they do not care about the feelings of a company or its shareholders. The question of ‘fair’ does not arise and Boris knows this. The OSC wants its required documentation, etc. and will take whatever time it wants to achieve this outcome.

I mean Stan's could always reverse their stance on the neon mining offer and RM with them. But what's your take on the current situation with the OSC? Litterally all thats left for the OSC to do is issue the CTO revocation order after receiving the last required documents from the company on June 16th. It's been 8 business days as of today and the CTO revocation order is not yet issued

TG, I don’t think that Neon is close to any outcome with Krygyz over the Kutessay-11 rare earths deposit. Now they make no mention of their Stans approach. Their only other project is a copper and gold project, a ways from any estimates and guess where, Northern Krygyz. I can’t see even Boris wanting to do anything related to that country again. Nor, would new retail investors buy into such a

I know a lot of people are hoping for a merger or some kind of positive news to come out but we need to be realistic about the outcome. 1) Stan has no cash....none....ziltch.  2) They have no licence on a deposit. 3) The technology that they have is in partnership with the russian government so one has to wonder if they can use it for themselves as the research facility that they worked with

You're forgetting they have the 50/50 JV deal with Rosatom that's on hold. so they have  1) the tech they developed with the Russians 2) The former facility in the republic 3)The 50/50 JV deal with Rosatom It's a long shot but they could sell the facility to someone that buys the mine in the republic and I can think of one entity that would work with Stan's or buy them out

I don't know if things change but he basically said that he wasn't putting much fate going forward. Also remember according to Boris they have a PR they want to put out but can't because of the halt and he did tell me in an email once that they can't PR every proposal they recieve from around the globe until something tangible comes of it. So that proves they are getting interest from parties around the globe. we will just have to wait and see what this PR is when the company is trading
