I emailed Boris again asking for an update.

Here is his response:

Looks like we cleared all issues and should be done very shortly. The OSC Team leader told me yesterday that they are submitting recommendation to the management this week and I should hear from him by Tuesday latest. As it was done already in July he does not expect any new questions from anybody but we never know!

So he said to you, Tuesday at latest. what's the latest from Bulls...... Boris, tricky. He's either the definition of useless, or someone is not telling the truth. OSC or him.

Maybe the next email could ask Boris on what date Stans intends to ask specifically for the trading halt to be lifted on the company? Then, how many days after that will it take to see Stans Energy back on the CAD market? Oh boy, actual dates…hmmm. In his last email it appears that the said 'Tuesday' was simply the day that he, Boris, suggested all issues should be cleared with the OSC

To answer your suggestion 123buyholdhope, I think Stan's already asked the OSC to remove the halt because based on what IRROC/OSC told me in emails, asking the OSC to remove the halt triggers the OSC review and Stan's is going through the OSC review now. thats proper procedure. Given this new email from Boris it seems Stan's has done all they can given the process and now the onus is
