Where does Market Screener gets its Insider share info from?

If you go to market screener and search HRE.H it shows no insiders own any shares anymore apperently but Albert Grenke, Boris, Doug Underhill and Rodney Irwin all had share amounts that were posted on Market Screener as of 6 months ago. There's been nothing reported under Stan's Energy SEDI Insider filings at all and when I search reports under HRE.H on my brokers website it still shows all directors and management as owning all their shares. Currently Market Screener shows roughly 7.1 million shares of HRE.H are owned by insiders but only 41,000 shares are accounted for on the website.

So Market Screener's info must be wrong?
