Stans Energy reinstated for trading

 

2021-09-24 21:43 ET - Cease Trade Company Rescinded

 

Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletins dated May 7, 2020, and July 6, 2021, the exchange has been advised that the cease trade order issued by the Ontario Securities Commission dated May 6, 2020, has been revoked.

Effective at the opening, Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2021, trading will be reinstated in the securities of the company.

  I am going on pure memory. Others can correct. On the TSXV you usually get a 90-day warning from the exchange if you are not meeting the required platform criteria for a tier 2 entity. However, if you are failing to meet any of the criteria listed the exchange can move you from the TSXV to the NEX with no 90-day warning. I can’t remember if Stans indicated they got such a warning?
