Can you rephrase your question? The company owns the REE plant in the Kyrgrz Republic (although it needs signifigant modernization) and they currently will be/are in negotiations with the Republic to develop the Kutessay II deposit with a government controlled entity. The mine and processing plant produced 80% of REEs for the former Soviet Union and I believe the plant can process all REEs

I believe that Stans financially 'wrote off' the processing facility as a total loss some years ago. To say it needs significant modernising I would suggest is an understatement. Take a look at Lynas' putting near $1 bill into their processing facility in Malaysia and the then nearly a decade of ironing out processing problems. Further, I seriously doubt that the plant could ever have ...more

They wrote it off but I thought it was because they could not do anything with it not because it was worthless.
