For everything they own?  I'll take that deal.  Does it really matter if Cumaro produces more dust?  I don't think so.

The current market cap is about US $12 million.  I'm saying that's too cheap.

Yes, four board members are bleeding money.  John Clark Gillam is down 40% in a few months.  It's fairly brutal.  I think the action they take will depend on what's being offered, if anything.  If no good deals are available, then they'll have to sell stock or assets.  I'm assuming Cumaro is a bust, or the stock wouldn't have been smashed.
