New Mexican mining law kills this project?  Back to Alaska?

I haven't seen anything about new mining rules in Mexico that will kill this project, where did you see this?  Another day of Anonymous selling of approximately 100,000 shares as of 3 pm.

I doubt anyone will lend money to Mexico projects in the future.

Sorry did find some info that took place just this last Saturday in Mexico...      "The mining law shortens concessions in the mining sector to 30 years from 50, tightens water extraction permits, and requires some mining profits to be returned to local communities, among other modifications. Yeah, maybe they should stop spending money on Mexico and shift back to Alaska.  Just saying.

They don't have an underground permit, and I doubt they'll get one now.  Why spend. big bucks trying?  Even if they get one, what's the NPV if they have to essentially pay a new 10% tax.  Most of these projects won't be viable.

SEMARNAT can mess with it in any number of ways now.  Also, what's the status of the concession?  Also, what's the NPV after the 10% tax.  As I said, let's save some money for Apollo, which may be more promising.
