Someone doesnt want this to get above the warrant exercise price of 30 cents. This is probably because they dont want the company to have access to additional capital. Why? Its widely speculated that Heliostar was intending to sell this asset. If the company runs out of cash, it would have to be sold for next-to-nothing to whomever the manipulator might be. Thats why Funk is out there saying that Heliostar will build it themselves.
