Some of us were wondering why they didn't complete the decline immediately.  Instead, they wasted their money on a promo drilling campaign that provided almost no new information.  I guess the previous own was on the right track.  Duh.

I think you're missing the point.With Ana Paulo in production,developing Unga  becomes a much less dilutive venture.
