Universal Ibogaine Approved to Trade on the OTCQB Venture
UNIVERSAL IBOGAINE ANNOUNCES APPROVAL FOR TRADING ON THE OTCQB VENTURE MARKET Dear Friends, Shareholders and Investors,
Today we are pleased to announce a very significant milestone in our corporate roadmap with the final approval for trading on the OTC Venture Market.
We have also received approval for DTC eligibility.
Universal Ibogaine shares will trade on the OTC market under the ticker symbol IBOGF. Shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange with real time clearing and settlement facilitated by the Depository Trust Corporation (DTC).
